Phase 1: Clarity 

We’ll start with an intensive session to dive deep into your business, goals and challenges. We’ll get clear on where you are now, where you want to be and what we need to tackle — together — to help you get there.

Phase 2: Co-Creation 

In our calls, I‘ll offer strategic mentorship tailored to you, based what you want to achieve and what’s standing in your way.

This could mean we focus on finding right-fit clients, setting rates that feel good or building a road map for growth. Or, it could involve improving your boundaries or relationship with money. We'll co-create this experience to build your business, your way.

Phase 3: Catalyst 

This phase is about action and accountability, the necessary catalysts for change and results. After each call, you’ll receive a summary with action steps to guide you until our next session.

Every week, I’ll also check in with you on where you need help right now. This is an opportunity to get on-demand support via email. It can take whatever form you like. Clients often request marketing copy reviews or advice on operations and growth.

  • Our sessions will be personalized to you, but many of my clients choose to work on offer development, pricing, brand messaging, marketing strategy, sales processes and business operations.

    You'll receive weekly on-demand support from me, which can include marketing copy review or whatever help you need at the moment.

  • In general terms, a business coach asks questions and empowers you to find your own solutions.

    On the other hand, business strategy is about creating a concrete, actionable plan to achieve specific goals. My approach incorporates a mix of both.

  • If you have a specific problem or question to work through, a single strategy session could be an ideal fit.

    If you're looking for a deeper level of support and accountability to enact lasting change in your business over a longer period of time, a 3- or 6-month engagement is likely best.

  • The calls can be scheduled at your convenience between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Mountain Time.

  • In 2019, I started running my content strategy and writing studio, Scribe National, which I have built into a multi 6-figure per year business ($1M lifetime revenue) with healthy take-home pay and profits.

    My career began in 2009 and I spent a decade working in communications and marketing at organizations from media outlets to creative agencies to post-secondary institutions before I became an entrepreneur.

    I also have a bachelor of journalism honours degree and an advanced public relations diploma. As a lifelong learner, I continue to take continuing education courses and invest in coaching.
